So what’s this hype about a 24 years old internet marketer making $10,000 - $20,000/month in an honest way all about? Who exactly is Holly Mann?
Holly Mann is a 24-year-old, single mom, who served as a Military Journalist, Photographer and Website Designer in the United States Army. Holly was disabled while in Iraq , and honorably discharged, Holly struggled to survive on her disability pension from the army. As Holly had a young baby to care for she decided to move to Thailand simply because the cost of living was much lower there. Even in Thailand Holly was still struggling trying to find a way to make a living from home so she could look after her little baby properly.
In Thailand, she says that she went from earning $700 a month to $12,000 in 4 months flat!

1) Ways to make money with and without a website.
2) How to research and make money using ways that requires little or NO investment.
3) Website design and optimization.
4) Search engine optimization and how to advertise your website to bring in loads of visitors.
5) Niche marketing, Affiliate marketing, making money from Adsense, etc.
Positive:
What I like about the book is that it is presented in an easy to understand and easy to learn manner. There is no hype, just simple step by step guide from someone who has done it before. Also, I like the fact that it is written by a real person who I feel I can trust (Holly reveals her background to all, unlike so many marketers who hides behind a pseudonym), and this person is both down to earth and helpful. She provides support for all those who have purchased her book at her forum (another invaluable bonus, her forum is a knowledge goldmine, there are so many experienced marketers willing to teach!). Also, she details ways to research the market and start making money that is cheap and effective. That means you can start putting the ideas into practice with little or no investment at all. Great for newbies who do have a huge sum of money to invest at the beginning (like me!).
Negative: This book is not for everyone. For advanced internet marketers, there might not be much advanced strategies available. It teaches the basics of starting an internet business but it does not contain advanced techniques used by top performing marketers.
Secondly, this is not a book that focus on a particular technique (Adsense, affiliate marketing..etc). It provides enough knowledge (an overview) for you to get started to make money but to excel in a particular method, you’d have to acquire knowledge from experts in those areas.
Verdict: This book is strictly for beginners, it is a very good investment when you’re starting out to make money on the internet. I was once as confused as you are, overwhelmed by the sheer number of people calling themselves internet marketing guru and selling me information to teach me how to make my first dollar on the web but it is only after reading Holly’s Honest Riches that I have a sense of direction and know where my focus is and started making money on the internet.
