You may not like it, but pharmaceutical companies who employ people for medical sales to sell to Gp’s measure call rate. In some cases, they are a little obsessed with it as a measure for success. Regardless of whether or not we are in agreement with this, many of you will indeed have to strive for the highest number of calls you can.
If you are also measured on sales, and I hope you are, read on, because it’s a waste of time generating calls for calls sake, if they’re not quality calls. You could just double up on all the ‘easy to see doctors’ but follow these tips and you will see you sales and calls go up.

What is obesity?
Obesity is characterized by an increase in the size and number of fat cells in the body, which leads to an excessive accumulation of body fat. On average, overweight and obese individuals have higher blood glucose and cholesterol values - they are also prone to developing heart diseases (including cancer), and diseases of the joints as well.
The enigma of Jun Labo.
Together with my colleague Patrick Hamouy (of Alternative Therapies) , we met with Jun and were his guest recently at his residence in the mountain regions of northern Luzon, its location and altitude in the Cordiella mountain range keep it cool and pleasant during the hot and extremely humid summer months. His house is somewhat of an Oriental palace, with pagodas, roof gardens, terraces within terraces, large statues of lions, eagles, frogs, gnomes, and with an eclectic mixture of painted murals and bas-reliefs of ancient Chinese symbols, and warriors in combat. The gardens are filled with beautiful blossoms, and exotic tropical trees, and of course the local mountain pines. Jun has also dedicated a ’shrine’ to his first car (a VW Beetle) in the grounds.

There are many different types of traveler who requires travel insurance coverage. Many people save all year to enjoy a vacation at a beach destination or resort. Others, like business people, travel frequently as their lifestyle requires. The travel insurance industry has recognized the variety of traveler. In doing so, the Canadian travel insurance companies have designed different type of insurance plan to meet the needs of both types of traveler.
Travel insurance can be purchased with 2 types of duration;
- a single trip plan which only covers the days that you are away, and
Health Savings Account type plans, are made up of a combination of a High Deductible Health Plan, HDHP, and a Health Savings Account, HSA. These type plans are less expensive and the premium rates are more stable. It is the least expensive way to protect yourself and your family.
Each year, insurance companies reevaluate their costs of doing business and raise the premiums on their insured group. They must raise their premiums because their costs are rising with the costs of health care. The premiums on HSA type plans have been rising each year, too, but at a much smaller rate. The fact that you, the insured, are responsible for the “little stuff”, means that the costs to insure the “big stuff” for the insurance company is less. It is a win-win situation for the customer and the insurance provider.
