Choosing a quiet place to relax is as important as relaxation itself,
And of course dedicated to the most loved person in your life…you~you~yourself.
A favourite couch, chair, sofa……bed….
Soft easy soothing music playing in the background.
Ease yourself into your most comfortable position,
Closing your eyes and after a few moments, quieting your mind.
You are in your secret garden alone, and enriching your being.
Enjoying the beauties of nature all around you.
In your minds eye, you are walking, looking, touching, embracing the scene.
Azaleas and rose bushes and many varieties of blooms and shrubs
To suit your fancy, what ever you desire is there for your eyes to relish on.
In one corner sits a greenhouse filled with a 100 varieties of orchids.
All your senses are totally emancipated:
Exquisite colors excite your eyes,
Enchanting fragrances soothe your sense of smell;
Soft velvety petals titillate your touch;
Magical Beauty speaks to you in telepathic waves quieting your voice and hearing;
No need to walk as everywhere around you, all is within your reach.
Each tune that plays compliments and comforts a particular sense.
Your Secret Garden is your utopia living within, revitalizing,
refreshing and you drift away.
Your mind capturing the peace, enticing it to stay,
slowly, slowly your breathing remains steady….
Trancelike you feel totally refreshed, and with one last look at your Secret Garden,
absorbing in the peace and beauty all around,

What is your credit union really good at? I mean the one thing you really can slay the competition at?
I find that credit unions often look toward their weaknesses first in the planning process in order to make improvements and shore up areas they may not be doing effectively and this is a mistaken approach. I’m not saying ignore weaknesses, but be careful if you find yourself making them your main focus for your planning process.
So many of us wander through life thinking we have everything together. I have a fool proof way to see if you really do have it together. You will be able to tell with one question.
Are you successful with money?
I don’t mean are you wealthy beyond belief. I’m talking about are you drowning in debt? (You may be and not even know it.) A good way to tell if you are in over your head is to list all your debts in a column and then all your assets and/or things that actually go up in value (like a house or an investment) in another column.
It is difficult to find accurate statistics on new venture success and failure as privately held companies do not have to report their results, and failure does not necessarily mean bankruptcy but can simply be failure to make a go of it for financial or personal reasons. According to Janet Schieferdecker, founder of Artemis Consulting Partners, business owners report three major reasons why small businesses and new ventures flounder and fail to make a go of it; and “it does not have anything to do with the expertise or capability of the owner, or the potential of the business idea”. It has everything to do with 1) isolation, 2) insufficient contingency planning (everything seems to take longer and cost more than planned), and 3) not dealing with personal limitations that are being reflected in the business.
